LS BUILD offers a full pre-start site survey to establish the location of all live services, load bearing walls and complete a full Asbestos survey. Once the isolation of all services is complete,  temporary power and lighting is supplied to the site area. LS BUILD strips the site in a way to allow the easy segregation of waste prior to the removal from site to the waste recycling centre. LS BUILD continually monitors its environmental impact of all soft strip works and displays waste recycling totals, energy use and carbon foot print onsite. Once all works are complete, the client is left with a shell ready for the next stage within their development plans.
