LS BUILD can undertake any internal refurbishment to any specified finish and deal with change of use from Commercial to Residential, vice-versa or like for like, undertaking structural alterations to accommodate new proposed layouts, extensions, mansard roof extensions, basement alterations and roofing works.  LS BUILD will liaise with Building Control register the site with Considerate Constructors and fully comply with CDM 2015.  Full hand over documents supplied, valuations supplied monthly with full budget guidance on predicted final accounts with updated costs on all variations supplied prior to work being undertaken on site.
