LS BUILD currently acts as Principal Contractor for all projects undertaken and previously completed. Construction Phase Plans, regardless of how big or small the projects are, is completed prior to works starting.  LS BUILD is fully compliant with CDM 2015 and takes the Health & Safety of everyone on site very seriously.  All types of work activities undergo a full assessment and work specific RAMS are issued prior to work starting.  All new contractors undergo a rigorous check and contractors cannot start on site until work related RAMS have been supplied, reviewed and signed off. Prior to any works starting, an Asbestos Survey (unless supplied by the client) is undertaken, once no ACM's have been identified, actual on site works can begin.
