LS BUILD covers all aspects of roofing works, with no on site works undertaken until a safe working environment has been achieved, either through scaffolding, high level guard rails or a combination of both. LS BUILD can offer; full roof demolition and reconstruction, stripping and re-slating, all types of lead work (flashing, box gutters, lead valleys etc) and liquid waterpoofing right through to felt. Full building control liaising is undertaken at every step to ensure complete compliance and sign off, irrelevant of the roof construction or type.
