As you may be aware, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will be active from 25th May 2018 and outlined below is how LS BUILD LTD will continue to store, manage and use your data.

 

As a valued contractor, sub-contractor or supplier, we will hold all your personal and company information, ranging from; e-mail addresses, name and Company details, address, bank details, UTR, NI and Company numbers. 

 

The information listed above has been provided by each individual or company, to help fulfil contractural obligations and legal obligations between LS BUILD LTD and each party involved.

 

LS BUILD LTD takes privacy very seriously and will only use the data to complete administrative tasks and arrange payments on your account.

 

LS BUILD LTD will never share any of your personal information or data supplied by yourselves with any third party, unless required to be law or in accordance with your prior consent. 

 

LS BUILD LTD has safe guard procedures and processes in place to prevent any unauthorised access to your personal data. All data is stored securely within our internal systems and all processes and files are ring fenced away from day-to-day activities.

 

In conclusion, data will be preserved and retained by LS BUILD LTD, in accordance with the new legal requirements coming into force on the 25th May 2018. When LS BUILD LTD considers that information is no longer needed, information destruction is carried out in a secure manner
